We all deserve time to get away for a retreat that will nourish our souls, reconnect us with our hearts, and align us with Grace. What better place than the Pacific Coast, where the ocean meets the jungle and the elements of nature are bursting with the vibrancy of life and the heart of Pachamama?

I am excited to lead my second retreat at Blue Spirit, where I will guide you through a week of restoration, relaxation, and deep nourishment for your body, mind, and spirit.

During our week together, we will meet daily to practice Meditation, Mindful Movement, and Yoga Asanas appropriate for all levels. The afternoons will offer restoration and deep nourishment as we settle into Yin and Yoga Nidra, and healing Breathwork journeys that will truly open your heart.

You will have plenty of free time to pause, reflect, and reset. Explore the land, take an excursion, swim in the saltwater pool, soak in the ocean, book a massage, do reflexology, have a reiki healing session, and more. You can also take advantage of the Longevity Center, where many healing modalities are offered.

Local facilitators will also join us in offering a Cacao ceremony, Sacred Sound Bath Healing, Energy Attunements, Yoga Off the Mat, and more.

Let us come together to Align with and Celebrate Grace.
Together, we will practice and learn to be open to the movements of Grace in our lives. Notice all the little ways it smooths the path for us and all the many ways it blesses us.
We are never alone, nor do we walk alone. Aligning our will with a Higher Will allows us to move with Grace and Peace through each miraculous day.

Life becomes magical when we learn to become a conscious and open channel through which good can express itself through us. All unfolds naturally and easily; this is truly the gift of Grace at work.

So let us soften and smooth our edges, relax the mind and body, connect with our heart and soul, and embrace our true Self where we allow Grace to Gift us with its Glory.
