Join us for a peaceful Sunday afternoon in community, where we will explore the profound healing benefits of Breathwork, Sound Healing, Guided Meditation, and Heat | Cold Therapy. This immersive experience is designed to rejuvenate your body, mind, and spirit.
We’ll start with a powerful Breathwork session to prepare the nervous system, calm the mind, and focus your intention.
After preparing the body, mind and nervous system, we’ll transition into the healing experience of Heat and Cold Therapy, allowing you to unlock deeper states of awareness, balance and vitality.
Sound healing will then carry you into a sacred realm of vibrations, guiding you toward a state of ethereal bliss.
Breathwork, Sound Healing, and the power of intention will help integrate the experience, leaving you feeling refreshed, centered, and renewed.
